If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product ordered from Unique Imports Inc., please return it in unused condition for a replacement of your choice. You are responsible for any shipping charges having to do with the exchange. At this point, we do not offer money-back returns because of the delicate and frail nature of our products. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For orders in the United States, please allow 3-5 days for shipping. You will be charged a flat rate of $4.95 for each order containing scarves. For orders containing beach towels you will be charged a flat rate of $10.00. We provide delivery confirmation for all orders over $50. Once your order is placed you will receive an email update with the delivery confirmation number. The delivery confirmation number allowes you to track your package 12-24 hours after receiving the email update. Visit www.USPS.com to get tracking information.

For overseas orders, please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping. The shipping cost for international orders is between $23.95-$100.00 per order. We provide customs form numbers for all international orders. You will receive an email update with this number. According to the USPS website, international tracking is not available.

Unique Imports Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible in providing product photos and descriptions. Please note that color, size, and texture of a product may not completely match the photographs on our site. We cannot guarantee that the product descriptions are perfectly accurate and updated; however, we do our best to provide specific details of the product color, size, and quality.

1. We accept the following methods of credit or debit payment: Visa and Mastercard, and all other credit cards through Paypal. Note: you don't need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card, but you ca use Paypal system without signing in for an account.
If you have trouble paying trough Pay Pal,please give us a call or choose to pay with "Check/Money Order/Pay over the phone" and then go to Pay Pal and make the transaction separately by sending the money to our e-mail address ctextiles@aol.com 2. Checks and money orders are to be made in US dollar amounts only.
3. We accept transfers through MoneyGram Only!!!(addressed to "Unique Imports Inc. or Monica Lubanovici") or ("Rebeca Grijincu")Please send us a e-mail before to let you know on whom to send the money(in case one of us is out of town/country)
4. Each order is to be paid in full PRIOR to us mailing the order.
5. Billing address must be exact otherwise the card will not process.
6. For your conveniance we have added a "in store pick up" option. This is only for orders that will be picked up in the store located at 7715 SE Powell Blvd. Portland, OR 97206
